Your Privacy Choices

US state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), give you choices about how your personal information is used. This page explains how to exercise them on BusinessShop.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

When you submit a quote request, we pass your contact details to matched providers, and some state laws treat that as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. To opt out, email hello@businessshop.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share". We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a valid opt-out for the browser you are using.

Requests to know, delete, or correct

Email hello@businessshop.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" and tell us which right you want to exercise. We will verify your request using the email address or phone number associated with the information, and respond within the time required by law (generally 45 days). You may use an authorized agent; we will ask for proof of authorization.

Sensitive personal information

We only use the information you give us to provide the matching service you requested. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit under the CPRA.

No discrimination

Exercising a privacy right will never change the service you get from BusinessShop: rankings, guides and quote matching work the same for everyone.
